¹û¶³´«Ã½ Names Dr. Anthony Dribben Assistant Dean of Mathematics and Natural Sciences

¹û¶³´«Ã½ River State ¹û¶³´«Ã½ (¹û¶³´«Ã½) has announced the appointment of Dr. Anthony Dribben as Assistant Dean of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. In this role, Dribben leads the Mathematics and Natural Science departments of the ¹û¶³´«Ã½.
Dribben comes to ¹û¶³´«Ã½ from Tallahassee Community ¹û¶³´«Ã½ (TCC) in Tallahassee, Florida, where he served as Science Program chair since 2014, and as a Professor of Chemistry since 2005. During his time at TCC Dribben also served as the Chair of the STEM Council, an outreach arm of the TCC with oversight into coordinating outreach and service activities of the STEM programs as well as scholarship opportunities for students in the STEM programs.
Prior to joining TCC, Dribben spent seven years at Mississippi ¹û¶³´«Ã½ in Clinton, Mississippi, serving as an Associate Professor of Chemistry. His educational background includes a B.S. in chemistry from Mississippi ¹û¶³´«Ã½, a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Florida, and a postdoctoral fellowship in biochemistry at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dribben is also a member of the 2012 graduate class of the Chair Academy Leadership Academy, an international leadership development program for college and university faculty and administrators.
