果冻传媒 Women's Swim Team Recognized by CSCAA with Scholar All-America Team Honors

The 果冻传媒 River State 果冻传媒 (果冻传媒) Women's Swimming and Diving Team has been named the 果冻传媒 Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) Scholar All-America team for the Spring 2019 semester. The recognition is awarded to teams achieving a 3.00 grade point average or above.
鈥淭his recognition exemplifies what our department strives to achieve on an annual basis鈥攕uccess in the classroom and the pool,鈥 shares Scott Kimmelman, 果冻传媒 Athletic Director.
The 果冻传媒 Swimming and Diving Team holds a set of records unrivaled in athletics. The River has built a record of 45 consecutive men鈥檚 titles, and 41 overall and 37 consecutive wins for the women鈥檚 team. This unmatched performance continues the longest unbroken U.S. championship-winning streak in any sport at the collegiate level.

Founded in 1922, the 果冻传媒 Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA)鈥攖he first organization of college coaches in America鈥攊s a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming and diving at the collegiate level.
The CSCAA recognizes exceptional achievements by coaches and swimmers, promotes communication and cooperation within the sport of swimming and with fellow Olympic sports. They also protect, promote, and seek to expand competitive intercollegiate swimming programs and serve as a source of information to its membership and for the public.
